SWYC was only 90 days from closure. Monthly revenue had dropped to £8,000, with a 1.2% conversion rate against a 2% industry benchmark. Competitors such as Stoney Clover Lane (567K followers) and Lily & Bean (480K followers) were dominating market share.

Without immediate action, a decade-old brand would have disappeared. The challenge was to restore revenue quickly, acquire new customers, improve conversions, and reposition SWYC as a strong competitor, all while showcasing their unique strength in personalisation.

Insights revealed untapped opportunities across seven new segments, including students, men’s gifting, pets, and key European markets (Spain, Netherlands, Italy).

This research guided a refreshed brand strategy centred on individuality, inclusivity, creativity, and customer connection ensuring SWYC’s message resonated while distinguishing it from competitors.

Website Optimisation.

As a goodwill gesture demonstrating our commitment to their resurrection, we created comprehensive website wireframes proposing e-commerce transformations. These designs focused on multiplying user experience and conversion optimisation, addressing the gap between the current 1.2% conversion rate and the industry standard 2%.

Social Media Marketing.

We managed SWYC’s organic social media presence across all major platforms, implementing a content strategy that balanced product promotion with compelling lifestyle content. Our approach focused on building community around personalisation and self-expression.
