UBX Ealing did not have a dedicated website for their new location at launch. We referred to the brand’s core website to ensure visual and messaging consistency, and then designed a bespoke, high-converting microsite tailored to the West London audience.
The site clearly communicated UBX’s 12-round circuit model, daily variation and flexible walk-in structure. We built a clear booking flow with strong calls to action that guided visitors from interest to trial sign-up.
We prioritised mobile-first design and sub-second load speeds to reduce drop-off and support conversion, particularly for mobile users searching for local gyms.
To help remove barriers around boxing and make the brand feel approachable, we produced professional photo and video content. This included real members, coaches and workouts, with a focus on energy, inclusivity and community. These assets were used across the site and wider campaigns to increase engagement and trust.
UBX Ealing had no standalone website for their new location. We built a completely new, self-managed microsite designed specifically for the Ealing gym, while ensuring brand consistency with the main UBX platform. This independent setup gave us full control over performance, functionality and user experience, without the limitations of the global site.
The site was optimised for speed, delivering sub-second load times, which significantly improved user retention and conversions, especially on mobile devices.
We integrated GoHighLevel CRM directly with on-site forms to ensure all enquiries were captured in real-time and routed efficiently, reducing admin and minimising lead loss.
Using a flexible, template-based framework, the microsite allowed for easy content updates without developer input. This provided the Ealing team with a scalable, conversion-focused platform tailored to local needs.

UBX Greenford Quay partnered with us to launch their first ever digital ads campaign, transforming from zero online presence to becoming a go to gym in West London through strategic PPC marketing.
Between 1 April and 5 August 2025, we generated 150+ trial bookings via Google Search at an exceptional £15 cost per conversion. With a total ad spend of just £2,340+, we delivered 2.3K targeted clicks, establishing Google Ads as a reliable growth channel.
Our geo targeted Google Search campaigns focused on high intent terms like “boxing gym” and “fitness classes Greenford”. We used only phrase and exact match keywords, avoiding broad match terms to ensure fully optimised conversions from genuinely interested prospects.
